X2!! I've found that when most people use the phrase midlife crisis, there's usually a jealousy issue. In other works sour grapes. I call it a reward for doing the right things all your life.

Agreed! Why do people assume you're trying to 'regain your youth' instead of thinking you're getting the most out of the time you have left? As my tag line says, this isn't a rehearsal, this is the show. When the curtain drops, your performance is over. Period.

I love your thoughts and views on the subject. You're absolutely right in my opinion. My fear has always been saving to much money for the next in line and selling Theresa and myself short. Some find it arrogant to just start spending on stuff. Some find it over indulging, time waits for no one, is my view.

My buddy who's head ain't right bought this 2024 E-Ray 750 HP - (500 ICE motor / 250 HP EV FWD) beast in December last year.
I call it the Mach-5
Sent it to Lingenfelter last month for the magnuson supercharger package in the link below.
He says it will be 950HP now.
He says this package does not void the GM warranty.
It's on the way back now and should be here tomorrow or Thursday.

That's my 92 year old mechanic neighbor Mr. Jim sitting in it in December.
He is going to let me drive it once he puts it through the paces.
