Don't forget to get a low profile spark plug socket for the #4 spark plug (if a 440 in a B-Body):

NGK Spark Plug Chart:

I use the shorter ISO height spark plugs, length from seat to plug wire tip = 50.5mm or 1.98" long. In NGK terms, the Shell = "BK"
The longer JIS height, NGK Shell = "BC" is 53mm or 2.086" long.
Either will work as we don't have coil-on-plug ignition coils like many new cars.
Link to the difference in length:

Both the "BC" and "BK" shell are 5/8" Hex socket size. The "B" shell is the larger 13/16" Hex socket size.
I do use the "5" Heat Range in the 440 stroked to 505" with the Stealth Heads, 10.3:1 compression and Hydraulic Roller cam. The 400 stroked to 499" with Victor MW heads, 12.4:1 Compression and solid roller cam engine uses a colder "7" heat range plug.
In NGK Numbering System, I use a "BKR5E" The Stock Number NGK7938 is the 0.035" pre-gapped spark plug.:

The "BKR5E-11" is Stock Number NGK6953 and pre-gapped at 0.043":

Looking this up, I noticed they also have a BKr5ES plug, same as above (Part Number NGK2460 0.035" gap), but Nickle electrode and $0.18 less per plug? I never used one of these? Might be longer life? Fitment says Bently Amage, or KiA Optima?:
