Just a question on how to remove this molding. I am pulling all the chrome to get ready for sanding. Didn't want to pry to hard. Was wondering if they are bolted on and the inside sail panels have to be removed to access them.
Thanks
Bruce

Yes bolted on with 2 studs and nuts.

Now for the bad news, must lift up the headliner and remove the headliner teeth at the rear of this to remove the nut. So all the back seat area trim needs to come off first. Back seat, rear door panels, and that wide metal panel above the rear door panels. Rear window insode chrome trim. It's a fun few hours of work.

I think if you are a contortionist you might be able to access the nuts from inside the trunk.

Can't be done, separated area above the wheelhouse. I looked into it on a parts car that was just a shell. I was on a Plymouth. A dodge might be different, since the quarter panels are.

Ya that ok, I was going to remove all the seats and panels anyways.

I know it was doable on one of my cars. Thought it was the Coronet but may have been the C body.

Once you get access to the nuts, spray some penetrant on them and let them soak so you don't twist the studs off. I belive they're self cutting speed nuts. Something like these.
