Hulk Hogan won't be down for breakfast

RIP Hulk, huge childhood hero of mine, even better he was a Mopar guy also. I thought Ric Flair had a nice post about him.

A persona bigger than life itself....Rest in Peace Hulk Hogan. :(

Of all the wrestlers I have seen over the years....he is one who I remember most- not that I followed that 'wrestling' thing.
The others included "Hacksaw Jim Duggan" always wielding his 2-by-4, and the maniac Kiwi brothers "The Bushwackers" from the 80's I think it was. :p

R.I.P. - I watched him all the time when I was a kid. I tore up a lot of t-shirts, my mom was not too happy.

My mother was an Artist, she on the side painted stage sets. She had a gig at Ft Lauderdale War Memorial Auditorium in early 60's, and she was heading over one night after hours to work on painting the stage sets. It just so happened there was a wrestling card that night with star Eddie Graham (rabbit punches) the featured match that night and I could get in free. I went and being backstage I got to see all the wrestlers come and go out into the auditorium, as the locker rooms were backstage behind the curtain. So, the featured match was all it was meant to be with back breaking chair busting highlights included. My hero won and both wrestlers walked up the stairs on opposite sides of the stage after the match. I somewhat followed them as that lead to behind the curtain where my mom was painting.
What I saw next ruined me for life.
Both wrestlers embraced and congratulated each other on a good show and walked off to the single locker room together all happy.
It was like seeing your dad take off Santa's beard.

I remember when he hit the scene as a bad guy........ "From Venice Beach, California; the Incredible Hulk Hogan"

can't remember if Freddie Blassi or the Grand Wizard was his manager

R.I.P. Hulk Hogan.
You were one of the good guys to me as I watched you on WWF as a kid…

You’ll be missed, man…
I can still hear your song…
“I am a real American, fight for the rights of every man”

I suppose it is not fair that a lot of folks die too soon.
Our Canadian astronaut also died. All of these folks younger than me. And today I got a letter that said I need a medical
exam next year to retain my driving licence.
Good grief.
