The lower shifter boot on my 1966 Charger is pretty haggard and in need of replacement. From what I can tell, the lower boot interacts low down where the shifter handle mounts. I found a replacement (This one on Classic Industries) but it specifically notes "for Inland shifters". I have a Hurst setup on the transmission going in to the car, would the same boot work, or do I need something different?

I was able to clean up the "upper lower" boot and it looks totally serviceable. From what I can tell, the boot attached to the console top plate should also clean up nicely, so I really just need the very bottom one. Any knowledge is appreciated!

As far as I know there is no lower boot on a Hurst shifter. All Inland shifters had both. I built 2 1970 Road Runners with stock Hurst shifters without lower boots.

That boot was used only on inland shifters. It fit around the shifter mechanism. Hurst did not use anything like it.
