Is there an adjustment to raise the back of the door glass (2 door) ?

There are stops that are adjustable and also the regulator has a limit feature.

You may need to adjust the vent window frame position as the leading edge of the door glass is captured in a channel that is part of the vent window frame.
If you have access to a 1966 or 1967 Plymouth or Dodge service manual, it should provide details about how to make these types of adjustments.
