Ground effects for 1973 Plymouth Satellite?

Rolling in and out from underneath my Sebring Plus I can see a couple retainers sticking through holes and more holes that look to be missing retainers. The outline in the paint follows the retainer holes. Has anyone seen this vintage of Plymouth Satellite with some sort of plastic ground effect under the front lip?

Would you be looking at the 4 holes right below the rad support? They are for the clip ends that hold the splash guard on the left and right of the lower rad or A/C condenser. They have rectangular tops on the clips.

Yup my valance looks just as beat up as every other original one I have seen.
