Wheel rubbing upper control arm

On my 66 charger my front passenger side rim keeps rubbing on the upper control arm, i check and for some reason it's only that side, i got good clearance on the driver side but it's very close on the passenger side making it rub during right turns and braking. Any idea what it could be? It has a new upper control arm on both sides, everything rebushed, and a new tortion bar on the passenger side.
 
Bent spindle, defective UCA, bad upper ball joint ?
 
Might seem like a stretch…but do both front wheels have the same backspace?

Did it have this issue before or is this a new problem that just popped up after a suspension refresh?
 
I am having the same problem with my 66 satelitte. Right side only. I can't find any extra play on that side. Using mopar wheels fron a newer Cordoba and have had them on my 64 fury sw with no issues. I now I have a 1/4 inch spacer installed to make it work.

When you say “everything rebushed”, are you saying pivot shaft bushings as well? Wondering why only one torsion bar replaced. Remembering back a few years before rebuilding the front end on my car, I went to a friend’s house to use his lift and made a right turn into his driveway. As I walked out of the garage and looked at my car, the right front wheel camber was crazy tilted in at the top. I backed the car several feet, then pulled straight forward. After that, the wheels were straight. My pivot shaft bushings on my lca’s were shot. I never noticed any rubbing as you described, but wonder if it is something along those lines.
 
I had a wheel weight rubbing the upper control arm. I didn't realize the rim was that close. These wheels were 1987-89 chrysler rims, 15x7, 4-1/4" backspace.

Yep, I knocked a clip on weight off the Bee on one side on the first drive. Had to go stick on weights for that one.
 
Over the years parts get swapped and replaced.
Pull both wheels and measure your hubs.
There are 3 different sizes/ set backs that i am aware of that will fit my 67 spindles.
 
I have front drums. 66 satelitte is very original. Have a alignment appointment soon and and will see if they find anything.
 
I think the drums have a slightly narrower front track than disks. Especially than the later 73 up spindle/disk conversions.

I know the A-body when they convert from drums to the same 73-up spindle/disk some complain out tire rubbing on the outside.
