I just installed a pair of upper control arms from QA1 on my 69 Coronet. The instructions from QA1 say to, "tighten the camber bolts to 70 lb. ft".

The FSM says to tighten the Upper Control Arm Pivot Shaft Nut to 130 foot pounds.

The difference is the factory rubber bushings vs urethane bushings in the QA1 control arms.

So, what is correct?

130 is the lower control arm pivot nut. Go with the 70lbs QA1 spec.

You guys actually put a torque wrench on that stuff?

Lower I do. Upper adjustment bolts I don't.
