Roof Maxx shingle spraying treatment a junk product?

I'm aware run them in straight a snug, but that rubber washer is the first thing to go, but with crud build up and if you stay off it its pretty minimal if any.

Around these parts, a 25 year shingle is only good for 15 years. I don’t think the insurance company is going to say oh, ok put that stuff on and it’s good for 20 years.

Been hearing adds on the radio lately about this product a lot lately.
Check with your home insurance before trying this treatment to see if they will extend the shingle life warranty.
I would be surprised if this works in Florida.

You can live with a bad window, but after 25 years and the weather beating a roof takes, get ready. A leaky roof can be a disaster and sleeping well is my only objective at this point in life. I've owned a few homes, a roof is the first thing I look at as I walk up to one. Dollar for dollar, a roof and a furnace system are the number one reasons I'll beat a guy down on his price. As said before, save your money for a replacement, 25 years is a good run on a roof as far as I'm concerned........................... Food for thought.... They usually give you cortisone shots in your knees as a last resort, right before they replace it.

I replaced my asphalt shingle roof myself, 13 years ago. I used GAF’s Timberline architectural shingles that came with a lifetime warranty. I chose light gray color. They start getting darker with black mold or algae over time. I use either the Spray and Forget wash product or the chlorine and soap “soft scrub” method to get it looking bright again.

Snake Oil a hard pass

I'm really surprise Mike Rowe is on a commercial for them here
