Where did you and your car go today

Took the dog to the beach. Reverse parked successfully(!), weather has been fantastic the last few months.

Went to a cruise today. When was the last time you saw a 1967 Satellite with a first gen 392 Hemi?

Went to a show hosted by a friend at his house. He has a collection of about 20 cars. Some of these are his plus some others.

The Tukvan is parked. Fired up my 007 V6 pickup. Got a bunch of things to do around Kamp Krusty. Will post the things to do on the Tukvan later.

Took a 10 hr round trip to Creede in SW Colorado for their annual show and see the brilliant colors of the Aspen. We only had a few issues. The alternator quit on my friends ‘72 Cuda 440, so we did a quick swap in the parking lot of Napa. My oil pressure was reading low so installed a new sending unit but it didn’t help. Luckily a friend in Alamosa was able to hook up a mechanical gauge and it was reading just fine. While at the show, another friend with a El Camino was having fuel issues with his Sniper, so we swapped fuel pumps but it didn’t help. He had to be towed home and it ended up being the regulator in the Sniper itself, which apparently is discontinued so he has to buy a new Sniper 2, or just go back to a carb.
