Hello all, does anyone happen to know what bolt is used to attach the fender to cowl brace to the cowl? Is it a self-tapper or bolt and nut or something else? It's the bolt circled in red.

This is the brace:

Hello all, for future reference: I was able to figure this out with the help of a seller on Ebay. There are welded square nuts (1/4" -20) that are supposed to be on the inside of the firewall. Since I replaced my firewall with AMD's, also correct for E Bodies, it did not have these nuts (and hole drilled) installed. The attachments to the fenders use a clip nut and the same 1/4" - 20 bolt as the firewall bolts.

Not the best pics of the mounts but I thought I’d post them for reference in case anyone else needed them:

The driver’s side is pretty much the same.

Yes, they are. My terrible pics are trying to show them. They weren’t on the AMD panel I bought.

I pirated some better pics off of the Nest from sdweatherman’s build. Welded-in nuts circled in red. These were not installed in the AMD firewall panel. I guessing because the panel is an E-body panel but does fit our b-bodies (mostly). I totally forgot to weld them in to my car - oops!

I hope this helps someone in the future when they use the AMD panel.
