Road Runner trim removal

I'm doing some cosmetic work on a friends 70 R.R. and I need a dash trim piece removed. The piece is the one above the glove box (the one in the picture with the (wrongly placed) bird on it.
I'd like to know how it's attached so I don't break it upon removal. I asked the same question on FRRO forum but have had no response yet. Maybe someone here can tell me sooner? TIA

Remove the globe box linner screws and remove it and you should feel the attaching screws behind that trim piece

I will get before & after pictures when I'm finished with this project. I also have to paint part of the steering column on this car also. Lucky for me, I have the correct Burnt Orange paint for it.
