Painting my 68 Charger. Does anyone have any examples of painting their sills, the rocker trim panels? Or anything creative they’ve done with this area? Just looking for inspiration.

Rockers and jambs will be the same color as the car. Thought about ditching OEM panel in favor of a laser cut piece with my logo or something. Thanks in advance.

Assuming it is the sill not the rocker. I painted mine with a chrome paint spray bomb and looked pretty good. But it had the odd dent so I ordered a standard chrome sill. Haven’t installed it yet on my 72 Charger.Body
Color may be fine and easy to paint, but not stock.

Tried spraying them with flat black epoxy primer and I actually like them a lot. May leave it this way.
