1968 Dodge Charger Build

You are almost at the fun stage of the build, after the car is painted and assembly begins. Every time you bolt something on it feels like progress is happening!

Hey RJ, on top trim piece the one that goes the length under the lip of the trunk. Can you show me what fasteners hold that piece on?
Chargervert or Cranium would have the right answer, but I used stainless panhead screws

A little slow on my end due to life but I got her ready for paint and she is in the final stages! Interior Paint today, Engine bay later this week and body next week. She is already now completed and in final primer. After that we'll do the re-assembly of the Doors, Hood, Trunk and Fenders. I ordered a Firewall Gasket Kit and Full Paint Gasket Kit so hopefully I can figure out how the door latches etc. all go together. I still need to order my wiring harness, rebuild my dash, and figure out the grill especailly the latch for the hood to transport it back home. Phew what a process.. Oh and for the love of god find some wheels!

Well after I don't even know how many years, she is back in black! Also scored an old Magnu, 500' set of wheels & radials for her so I can get those horrible rollers off. Sadly my body guy isn't available so I'll have to handle re-installing the doors, fenders, hood and trunk myself. Wish me lock!

Well I redid my dash myself, not half bad for 58 years old! I did order a new Bezel + Glovebox foam pad / door but good enough for now! Also got the tail lights installed. Phew shes a looker!
