Had to do some work on rear arm rest in ashtray area. You can see vinyl has pulled apart a little. Gluing it back is tricky but going to give it a go! Clamps, popsicle sticks, and epoxy.

So while that's curing I'm going to wrestle with the back bottom seat.
Oh by the way I put Saran wrap on inside stick so if epoxy oozes out I can get the popsicle stick out!

Had to fight/tweak because of minitubs, but it's in. I'll give epoxy a couple more hours then I'll put armrests in, and windows cranks.

Not perfect but better
Wipers buffed, and new blades.
Hopefully in 30ish days.working on getting stance and weight distribution close before I head to alignment shop. Hopefully first show will be July 4-5th
Worked on turn signal housings. Had to fix contacts & make new lead for one. Painted them with flat black on back, zinc on lenses surface, & chrome in bulb recess. Picked up new hardware today. Will install with new bulbs & lenses tomorrow.
I found these plastic clips for the bumper to attach the front parking lights. I couldn't find cage nuts locally. I tested the lights before installation. The passenger side didn't work when installed. I'll figure that out later.
So my k member to core support bracket was a little short. Due to the USCT core support brace. So I drug the welder out and fabbed up some length.
Welded up the existing slot and made a new one. Most people won't know.
Well the one turn signal housing i had to fix the plug. I referenced the manual for correct wiring, got it wrong. 50/50 chance. Now all lights work. Got insurance Friday so I'm legal. It's supposed to be mid 90s all next week so good garage weather. I'm planning on a. Ar show the 5th. So I'm going regardless of cars status. It's only 3 blocks from my house.
July 5th car show. First show for the GTX. Over 100 cars. Brought home best of show. It was the Eric Ohnemus memorial car show. Eric's daughter is the trophy girl!
