A buddy wants to use a 70 6-pack, including factory air cleaner, in a 67 Coronet...will it fit underneath the stock hood?

Yes, I don't see why not. I have one under the hood of a 68 Dart GTS.

.....including factory air cleaner......
Just something to watch for.
A couple tight spots on my '69 Barracuda you may run into. (this is a shaker base plate)

Two speed wiper motor may be an issue for a standard air cleaner base...

My right-side hood superstructure has rubbed the air cleaner just a touch....

The 2 speed wiper motor will be an issue. I had that problem on my 68 Dart . I wouldn't noch an original base on the air cleaner, so I had a fiberglass reproduction base that I did noch for clearance. So far I have no rubbing of the hood understructure, but this is on a 400 based stroker engine. If it were on a 440 problems may arise. I believe a 67 Coronet will have adequate hood clearance.

Yes no problems fitting.

67 Coronets all came with wiper motor to the side, not straight out. So not a problem there either.

67 Dodge Charger, no problem.
