Gear oil leaking from front of A833

I learned long ago with my Muncies using the newer synthetic low viscosity gear lubes with OEM type gaskets and assembly guaranteed a leaky trans. The machining of those older tranny gasket surfaces just were not designed for the thinner lubes of today.

Thanks Guys, Im trying to learn this. So, buddy seats were available for 67 thru 74 year models, correct? Y'all talking about bracket changes. So, was the seat the same thru many of the model years but used different brackets, as in 67 thru 70 and then different brackets for 71 thru 74 years...

    What year buddy seat....

Guys, I helped an older Mopar Gent reduce his lifelong stash of Mopar parts and have this buddy seat. What year ,or years, was this from. He said it was from a 68 Charger he thought. I don't need it and was wondering what's it worth in this very rough condition. As you can see, I think the frame...

Good deal on Milwaukee battery tools....

Guys, while at Home Depot today I decided to purchase one of those Milwaukee M18 volt battery operated air compressors. It was $199. Not knowing how much power this thing requires, I decided to pick up two more batteries. Already have a charger as all my battery tools are Milwaukee. Went to...

Why are there so many members on this early!?

For the last 25 years of my employment time I worked both night and day shift, 12 hour shifts, 7 to 7. Still pretty screwed up in retirement as I am normally up till 3 or 4 am in the morning. My best sleep is from 4am to 8am. I understand you night owls completely.

The Hidden Social Security Math Nobody Shows Retirees

My full benefit age was same as yours, 66 & 10. I started claiming at 62. My tax accountant fully advised against that, that I would be better off waiting till age 67. After I sent her some of my 'real math' calculations , she responded she did indeed see the benefits in not waiting. Remember...

    The '68 Charger in Christine.

To be honest, I can't remember. I was not into Mopars at that time, still have my 67 Camaro I was given when I was 15. The book itself was way more into the demon spirit that over took Arnie, and not so much about the cars.

    The '68 Charger in Christine.

After watching the movie, I had to read the book. One of the few times the movie was way better than the book, imho.... My favorite character was Darnell, "You just can't polish a turd"......, great actor for that role.

This could be bad! Giant Car Parts Company That Owns Fram And Raybestos Just Filed For Bankruptcy $2 billion Missing

WOW, had no clue First Brands owned and operated that many auto products companies, and yes, most of us have purchased some from all those companies. As XS stated, I bet the majority of those companies have moved production to an Asian country. And with the new tariffs in place many will have to...
