    You may not have Edelbrock heads with another set of o-rings in the head. It make them a lot harder to get out.

    I've never seen a Hemi cam spec cold. You must assume that is hot. With aluminum heads you can set it .007" tighter cold and that will get you close. I haven't put anything together with iron heads in so long I don't know, maybe .004" tighter.

    The Holley Street Dominator is 13/16" higher than a 69 383 Magnum intake. I call the 440 air grabber base 1" shorter, so it looks to me like you can make it work.

    The Street Dominator is low...but I don't know if it's air grabber low. But as post 3 stated maybe it will work with a 440 base. Proven in many dyno tests the Street Dominator is the King of intakes that will fit under a hood.

    These are commonly called "230" blocks. Because that's the last 3 digits of the casting number. But not all 230 blocks have these heavy mains.
