Just curious if anybody is doing any 5.9 magnum conversions to any of there mopars A or B body? If so,does cost get outrageous? How hard is the engine and trans swap? Does anyone make performance parts for the 5.9 besides Hughes engines? Car **** is always cool as well! Thanks for any responses!
I can't seem to get the pinion bolt off the pinion rusted on pretty bad and no socket size seems to fit. Anyone know the size? What is the best way to remove it??? Thanks alot!!
I think they are literally loud 4 the sake of being loud and they kinda sound the same on everything I have heard, maybe a BB mopar could change that though.
Hey Alex,do u know where I can find the crane ones? Do u know anything about the KMJ or prw? the racers at the performance shop I was at swore by the Prw stainless steel. I will keep the 3/8 pushrods in mind. Thanks Alex!
Hey What's up guys just curious if u guys can recommend a set of rockers 4 my 440? I don't have a lot of $$ to spend and am looking to crank some power out of this engine. I am looking to stick w/ 1.5 ratio stainless steel,I just don't have a ton of $ to spend on Harland sharpe,Jesel, Or even...
I have heard good and bad as well but will be using there balancer and possibly little odds and ends, heard good things about there stroker kits though!
As long as u use aftermarket everything u can build a hell of an engine! I also dont know if it's just a local rumor but the late model 440's from rv's supposedly are real thick castings and have no issues being bored .060 over,if this is'nt true though someone will chime in.
Sorry to hijack the thread but I have a TC ?? as well. Can I rebuild My tsi 3200 stall converter to be a 3400 stall? Its a really expensive converter and I bought it kinda small not really knowing as much a year ago,now I am afraid a 3200 wont be enough 4 the cam and rear end combo I wanna go...

Just curious what the difference between the 2 sizes of wrist pins are 4 pistons?
1.094 and 0.990. Would it make any difference on machining or strength in a 500-550 hp rebuild? Oh yeah its a 440 engine. Thanks alot?
Cant say what that car will run,I would say replace the bottom end w/ after market rods and use the 650 carb. What compression is the engine actually at? are you trying to stay w/ pump gas? What CC are the heads?
