    Replacement wheel studs help.

Thanks for the replies and sorry to hijack this thread. What did you use for front studs, as that's where I'm struggling.

    Replacement wheel studs help.

Don and Kern, Dorman shows those have a .684 knurl diameter, did you have to open the existing hole up at all or did they just press in?

    Replacement wheel studs help.

My struggle with studs has led me to start with Dorman 610-080: 1/2-20, 0.625" knurl, 1 & 15/16" long. Good length, but the studs were loose after drawing them in. So, stepping up to 0.630" knurl, I found Dorman 610-519: 1/2-20, 0.629" (or 0.630" some others have listed), 2.22". Still a good...

Any pics of b body with 18” or bigger wheels ?

Fear not, I fell down the rabbit hole reading about the 5x114.3 vs 5x115 bolt pattern issues...I chose "better safe than sorry". The specs for these wheels were: Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 Size: 18x7.5 in. Finish: Black Offset: +45 mm Center Bore: 70.6 mm While offset/backspace may not be ideal...

Test fitting some 18x7.5 winter wheels on my '67 Belvedere. Looks to have about 1-2" from leaf spring. Not sure about the fronts yet.

    Lower steering column part missing?

Hey Hubbarocks, I just posted some questions about this. Does that top collar come off if the column is still in the car? Did you have to pull the bearing off first? Thanks

1967 Belvedere steering column re-assembly help request

I have found these helpful links: '66 Satellite Steering Column Rebuild - Need Instructions MTSC – 1967, Volume 67-2 1967...

I have two: one came with the tank and one came with the sender, but I will pull out my original if that's the case. Thanks for the advice!

    1967 Plymouth Belvedere I

Good day. I have owned this thing since the early 2000's, got it running and insured just after my first son was born, then had to park it. I was able to work on it a bit: I managed to replace the floor pans and removed the dash pad and filled the holes. Then put the whole car on pause. Until...

    New Gas Tank

That's the same issue I had. Does not make sense. Other question: where do you fellow Canadians source upgraded torsion bars?

Yeah, the pictures (and getting it home) took waaaay to long. I too like the blue with white, it had blue originally so I thought I'd keep it going.
