*Looks like* hood-mounted signal connector. There should be one for the passenger side too, unless it was done away with.
Best thing to do is trace the wire back to the bulkhead pin location and then find it in the front-end lighting wiring diagram from the FSM.
This wasn't today, but I learned that the former owner of my car must have been half deaf or just oblivious to strange rattling noises!
After first driving my car years ago and hearing weird rattles I did some searching and finally found the source of the noise.
All this stuff was down between...
Yep, "soft metal" or not those lifters weren't spinning. Looks like rotation wasn't checked with or without spring pressure before firing. Could also be caused by improper (or no) taper on the cam lobes as well....either way a major bummer.
If you can get there before they're gone! Around here the people are like vultures waiting for those lil' birds....so I roast my own.
I don't know about the other liquors but their vadka is made by Grey Goose.
Well, 102˚ here today so I poured some Dust Bowl Brewing IPA into my cold mug, and grabbed a little more summer.
We *should* be done with 100s after this week.
Of course, we've said that before! It dipped into the 70s a few weeks back and we even had a rain storm so we figured it might be...
Mine wasn't working either.
Even though I'd just recently (like two days ago) cleared my cache/cookies and stuff, I did it again just now and I can reply again.
RIP Pete.
I know the guy had his problems (who among us hasn't) but he was a heckuva ball player.
He belongs in the hall, before Bonds or Clemens or any of the "roid guys"...but that's just my opinion!
Wow.......RIP Kris.
The life and career he had...Oxford, Army Ranger, being groomed for a top slot in the military like his dad, then on to writing the songs he did...and that was just by the 1970s.
More influential than most people realize.
I liked him in that first 'Blade' movie!
I got to meet and chatter with Herb McCandless years ago. I distinctly remember him saying at one point in the conversation "nah, don't ever use a steel shim gasket with aluminum heads..."
Now being the internet and all I'm sure people will say "I do it all the time it, works great"....
I'll...
Yumm!
Ours is still a few weeks away but I always look foreward to the giant cinnamon rolls and pepper&sausage dogs. One of my brothers does wood carving as a hobby and likes to enter some of his stuff there, so that's another reason we go check it out.
I should finally (FINALLY!) be getting to my own EFI conversion. I've done them for friends and helped out on some others but with work and family stuff the way it's been I've had no time or motivation for mine, but I want to get it done. It's gonna be fairly custom; not just a simple...
I went out to the farm earlier to fix a few electrical issues my brother was having with his kitchen lighting. Turned out to be nothing more than a bad toggle switch, and I also found a loose wire nut connection...easy stuff.
After that we took a ride on the Gator. Almond harvest is done so we...
I remember my daughter getting a big hit in junor league softball....as she rounded the bases she started blowing a bubble that grew to about the size of a cantaloupe. There she was, trying to scoot around the bases with this giant pink bubble flapping around in front of her face....everyone...
Like most of you, too many to remember.....
Had a guy once that I put up on an evaporator tower to get some motor conduits installed.
Every time you walked by at ground level you could hear him up there drilling holes..."he must really be going at it!" Hot damn what a go-getter.
Late in the day...
