    I looked at the other pictures it does look it has the original 4640S carburetor the early version is kind of unique.

    I agree with post number 7 and do the brake booster or cruise control first. It looks like it has a 1968 carburetor.

    If you plug the vacuum advance port at the carb and set the base timing to 21 degrees ....... it will work.

    That pump looks like it has the smaller pulley. I have seen pumps like that one on 1968 cars.

    The end rails look like they are for a B engine. End rails for a RB engine are longer and will help to prevent oil leaks.
