I lost mine so I fabbed new ones from aluminum. Of course I found the originals afterwards. I liked the ones I made better. I also used rivet nuts to fasten them with 10-32 screws instead of the sharp pointed sheet metal screws.

These look very similar to the clips in my 65 Belvedere and appear to be a 1 time deal. I converted mine to screw on fastening by folding the little wings back into the cutouts from which they came-flat. Then I drilled a 3/16" hole in the center of the flattened area of the clip and used 10-32...
