Dan in you case I would jump 12 volts to the Motors 1st and make sure they work.
If they do, i just took a quick look at ebay or google will also work .

I think that number will float / change by area of the country.
Rural area like we are here , 4 months of what can be tuff winter. The southern areas have more ( car weather ) so in my pea brain more incentive.

Once you get it pulled I would make a few calls local and see if you can find a shop to rebuild/ re seal it.
I know napa stocks the o rings and seal kits for my 67 anyway.
A shop that does hydraulic work , cylinders/ pumps ect.
