Yep! You guys were right. The quarter/gutters were low. I put a jack in the trunk and made it work. I also took a shrinking disc to the trunk skin. It's way closer still needs the gaps finished. Thanks for the input!
I'm sure you have and have read the 1966 Factory Shop Manual (FSM) for the Hemi engine initial carb settings. The procedure is outlined specifically as the REAR carb is the primary carb, for both idle mixture screw adjustments. .......just my thoughts....
