Nice! I always wondered how it looked under a console. Was going to get one to put in my '65 cause I was having a hard time finding a cable shift 727 in my area. Was going to do this and a post '65 trans.

Are you doing a '66 and later trans on the Gear Vendor?
I believe the 64-65 Trans needs a Custom Tailshaft (If I'm not mistaken)

Were your Drip rail moldings off and boxed too? If so, how was it installing them? I want to remove mine for polishing, but have heard those clips don't grip the same once removed and the moldings aren't as secure.
I have honestly never had a single issue with my points (knock on wood), so I don't ever consider what I COULD possibly gain from switching over.
But If I ever did, all components would be purchased from @HALIFAXHOPS and I'd see what he recommends.
