The first albums I ever bought were the Beach Boys. They used to play the Canadian National Exhibition every year in Toronto, and I saw them live there.

My car was built and delivered in the US, I brought it across the border. The trunk lid is original paint, but I can't swear that is the original sticker. I noticed like a smear of adhesive on the trunk lid under the sticker.

Right handed thank goodness, but it is a challenge to tuck my shirt in.

When it was converted to FM I assume it has stereo leads for the speaker?

My speaker looked like that one. I replaced it with one that had the large cone and two tweeters. It works pretty well.

I think it may have shortened my life line a little.

It hasn't been bad really. Because of the impact the thumb and palm are pretty bruised and swollen, and everything is pretty stiff, but all the fingers still work.

To spare the squeamish who have been following this thread, I added a picture from this morning when I changed the dressing on my hand to the busted knuckles thread.

I had a mishap with the torsion bar adjuster failing when I was trying to do a small adjustment on Saturday. There was a loud bang and it blew the wrench backwards and split my palm open. Required around 12 stitches. I had to change the dressing this morning so this was the first good look I...

Can you replace the adjuster block and the bolt with the control arm in the car?

I went out to the garage to check exactly what happened. Hunt2elk had it right. Bad picture but the threads pulled right out of the adjuster block. You can see them on the bolt. The other picture is the driver's side so you can see how much the bolt fired back into my hand when it let go...

Wish I had a before picture but it was pretty gorey.

I'll find out when the dressing comes off, but I'm pretty sure it was a three pointed split. Maybe I'll have a fratzog scar. :rolleyes:
