The reverse light are turned off when the car is in park and in neutral. But they go on the second i go in reverse, drive, 2 or first.

found out what the issue was, the switch on the relay wasnt activating.

how can you tell the switch is damaged what made you notice it I m guessing copper but since i m not the one that installed that brake system i cant be sure 1971 plymouth satellite that had many owner so this is why i m trying to figure out what is needed to change/repair
