I measured, I have 13" of room best I can tell. 345's would be a no go. The current 275/60/15's are on 8.5" torque thrusts with only 3" backspace it seems. On a big bump they will rub a little on the weird inner fender bump out that chargers have. 2" of space to the leaf springs with this setup.
Yup 305's are all DR's that I found.
The car is mini tubbed but springs haven't been moved in. I'll have to measure for that 345. I'd love the look tho!
I was going to buy the 17" magnums on sale at Holley but 9" is as wide as they go.
275's may be the only choice but I'd really prefer wider. Don't like the 18's on my brother's car. And a pure DR isn't going to work well either, you're right.
Are these capable tires for everyday driving or really still drag radials with a little more tread in the event you get caught in the rain going to/from the track or a drag/drive event?
I'm trying to find 17" tires for my Charger because I really prefer more sidewall than 18's give. But there...
Perfect place for boost.
I think that street master intake was near the bottom of the famous intake comparo.
Spend the money on the rpm performer intake or even just a performer
While the bilsteins have helped I'd say the BFG's don't have enough lateral grip to cause a load shift lol
But yes I must have caught that wire at some point.
Here's the problem, pass side marker light. When I took the bulb out it is now all loose. Out the bulb back in, loose. Wiggle it around and it'll light up and then spark. Doesn't blow the fuse with the car off of course.
The other side is tight so I can't see what's inside it, should there be...
