Does anyone have a picture of the fuel line routing over the axle? 67 coronet rt
I pulled the old one out, but can't seem to get the new one in.
I really need to take pictures before taking stuff apart...
I have a couple of afbs that have stripped threads where the fitting for the fuel line goes.
The fittings that I have seem short to me, there is only a couple of threads that would have engaged in the body of the carburetor.
Does anybody know of a fitting that has a longer threaded part?
I am working on some afb carburetors and there is fuel on top of the venturis where theyvscrew into the carb body. I can't tell if it is coming from where the fuel transfers across from pass side to drivers.
I have 5 psi on the pressure guage.
The floats are set correctly.
Any other ideas?
my car is put away for the winter.
I am putting 2 afbs on it and am tring to get the linkage dialed in.
With your foot to the floor, how far does the cable move?
Anybody know?
I have been thinking about building one from sheet aluminum.

I know there are cast manifold out there.
my car runs too good with one carburetor- I need two!
