I'm currently in the process of installing my drum brakes on my S-60 I got through Dr. Diff.
This thread has been very helpful.
I think I'm only unclear on one point...
The steel shim gasket that goes between the backing plate and the axle housing...
Which way does it go ?

I've got my Dana 60 From Strange (S-60) mounted on my rotisserie for painting and assembly.

How did you eliminate the "T" from the air line to install individual valve stems ?
Is there a kit to do this ?
I'm having a hard time picturing this in my head.
Can you post a picture of how you did it?
Basically, the reply was send it back for a refund.
If I remember correctly, at the time they didn't have any in stock to exchange for the one they sold me, and they couldn't tell me when they would have any, or if another one would be any different.
I decided that I'd just keep it, and try to...
Model A Ford.
Hard to tell the exact year, since the picture is so small.
The top of the grille shell looks like a 1931.
The '31 grille shell had a painted section across the top.
A few weeks ago, the whole place was under water, fences and buildings washed away in a flood.
Is the track back up and running?
