At some point this weekend the urethane top cap on my adjustable pinion snubber decided to fall off. It was from Mancini Racing MRE23502, I sent them an email last week and tried calling but I just sit on hold. Could be they are at home due to COVID-19.
Does anyone know if just the top cap can...
Hey Guys the two bolts that hold the starter relay to the firewall won't tighten all the way. They just keep spinning an it looks like the threads are shot on the firewall side. Do I just retap them or should I get a bigger bolt? Anybody ever run into this?
I was just wondering if all '69 Roadrunners had the cutout for the rear defroster and the opposite facing speaker holes in the package tray sheet metal? I never had any of the ducting or anything but I was just wondering if there were different stamping in the metal or if they just made all of...
No!!!! It was the last one I had to do and it broke. I'm talking about the little cast aluminum piece that holds the two small rollers and the one bigger one that swivels. Well I was removing the rivets and it broke:eusa_wall: I've got JB WELD on it now does anybody think this will hold?
If...
Alright I tried searching all over this forum and nobody actually get into how you rebuild these suckers. I even found an article about the "simplicity" of rebuilding the pump in Mopar Muscle Mag but yet they never actually describe any of it.
In my FSM it tells me to remove the oil seal...
Does anybody have any pics of a '69 firewall. I think mine has seen it's fair share of sheet metal screws and drill bits. It's a non A/C automatic. Also I was able to find some really good pics of a '70 Roadrunner firewall, would that be the same as mine? Ok one more...Does the Voltage regulator...
Can some one tell me how to disconnect the cable from the parking brake assembly. I have everything else loose on the front brake cable but I can't figure out how to get the end of the cable off the pedal. It's a '69 Roadrunner. Thanks ahead of time.
I must say it looks amazing. I can't wait to try it out. What I sent them was an old nasty looking box with a bunch of grime on it. The improvement is better than expected at a very fair price. I wish I would have taken before and after pics.
I've searched through many starter posts but couldn't find the answer. Has or does anybody use this combo. The header size I'll be going with is 1 3/4" doug's. If the 440source one doesn't work does any one know of one that will work that is under $150? Thanks.
I know there is no standard procedure to restoring a car but here is my question any how. My plan is to gut the engine bay, remove the engine, tranny, drive shaft, and rear-end and restore everything. So I'll be scrapping all the old rubber coating and doing it or getting it rhino lined...
I'm having trouble getting the oil pump seperated from the block on my '69 Runner. The one off the 383 on the engine stand came of easy but the one in the car is giving me problems. I don't really have room to beat it with a hammer and I've been trying to use leverage against the oil filter to...
Ok I need some advice on what the heck might be going on with my car (69 RR). I took it in to get aligned a while back and they said they couldn't get the passenger front aligned because of possible frame damage. So I take it to a frame shop and they straighten my frame (at least that's what...
