The plates I took off my 64 8 3/4 had different size shock mounting studs from left to right. Both the shoulder and threads. Also one had a nut holding it in and the other was pressed in. I chalked it up as somebody had replaced one at some point. I remembered my buddy gave me a pair off of an...

I thought so too possibly, but everything including the x pipe is stamped L and R. I checked them a few times and everything is on the correct side. I even rotated the 3 bolt flange part around and that's the only way it could go. It looks like it's going to line up nice with the mufflers and...

Does this look right? Seems like the driver side is low. I thought it would come out of the header and turn up and in toward the hump in the cross member more but maybe that's how it's supposed to be. Wanted to see if anybody had pictures of their's. They're TTI headers btw.

Thanks. It seemed like that was way too much weight for the bezel to be supporting the whole radio. Hopefully I can find that rod in the parts bucket

How is the radio and bezel mounted? What supports the weight of the radio and are the nuts what hold the bezel on? I did some searching on old forums and didn't really find what I was looking for.

Yes it all runs through the efi, cam sync, and crank trigger. No need for an ignition box. I'm in SJ about an hour from Cecil. Hopefully we'll run into each other at Atco or Cecil one of these days. I'd love to check out your car in person. I've gotten a lot of great info from you searching past...
