Hello, You can use these E-body parts they will suit That's what was done for the left front frame rail for my 1971 Plymouth Satellite, it was the same part and fitted perfectly

The current issue is that a motor mount disintegrated itself, that should be fixed next week Other than that, can't wait to drive it again, but the weather thoses days is tricky ...

I also had a few issues, like a broken bolt holding the alternator bracket, resulting in a breakdown, I was fortunately at a friend's house and we managed to but a bolt on the bracket just below the alternator and we jumped the battery and let the car charge a bit before going back home :-)
