    Is this block junk?

This is the numbers matching 383 block from my 69 charger. It obviously spun a rod and knocked a piece of cylinder skirt off. In your guys experience is this worth having checked to see if its viable or a junk block? Worst case I think it could be sleeved if the block is ok.

    Who Likes Aircraft ?

That might have been the same year I went for the first time. Noticed some oil on the ground and found my Dipstick holder not connected to oil pan. How do I fix this?

Got it thank you. I was thinking maybe the once piece tube broke in half and half is in the oil pan and the rest fell out. Noticed some oil on the ground and found my Dipstick holder not connected to oil pan. How do I fix this?

Dip stick tube should be a slide into the block piece and have a tab that attaches to a motor mount bolt to hold it in place. This is a one piece part, not two.
