As an engineer in the industrial world for way too long solving problems, I am a data guy. Gotta have data. I would be putting an electric fuel pressure gage at the carb and monitoring the pressure in the car. I think I even have one you can borrow. I used it to troubleshoot my coronet and...
Am I seeing it wrong, but tell be those rockers don't look right? As in... over adjusted becasue they all look "closed" or partially open, which would not be the case across an entire bank.
Just joined b body. Should have long time ago. Have 1971 Roadrunner that I bought new in 1971. Doing a full restoration. Looking to up grade to 440 but need one. Any info would help. Thanks

However, the 15x7 steel wheels on T/As not only had poverty caps, but were dressed up with 15x7 trim rings.
My T/A had cragars on it when I got it while a teenager. When I did the first "restoration" on it in the early 80s, I wanted to put the...
I had a 37 Ford hearse, with a 312 T bird motor. No give away signs at all. Most assumed it had the 85hp side valve motor.
The rims were 2 inches wider and chromed. The rear end was from a Dodge, same with the gear box, but they were not visible. Same with the hydraulic brakes.
Terry Furness had...
Haha yeah definitely not a race car or even a hotrod really. Just a cruiser with a little extra go. Yesterday when I got home I went out to see about the starting issue. I sat in and hit the key and she fired up like nothing happened.... I did NOTHING but bump the key. Not sure why the no start...
Thanks for asking…no
That question prompts…
Clue #1 - The car was in a CAR magazine.
*edit - the car was IN a car magazine, not on the cover as originally thought.*
