Correct Socket Size for '71 383 road runner Harmonic Balancer "Goldilocks" Bolt?!?

It is funny, this seems like a simple question but I've found that out of several 1 1/4" sockets I've tried, NONE fit the balancer bolt just right. They are all loose. Obviously you don't want to have to hammer it on but it should not slip on and be able to wobble or rotate a couple of degrees...

Brakes seem to start getting hard/stiff by after a long drive. Still hard for a few hours after but by the next day they are normal again.

It could be the type of brake shoe [ lining ]. As the material warms up, it loses it's braking efficiency. Try a different brand of brake shoe.

    413 identification

Remove the valve covers and get the casting number off the heads. They are on top of the intake runner. Yes A413 is a 1965 About 25 things that can make it run hot besides the heads. I see a mechanical temp gauge, that's good. How hot is hot?

Is a reverse mortgage any good????

And the number of vultures increase when you die....people you haven't seen for decades all of a sudden descend upon your assets to pick over the scraps. I recently saw what happened to a young woman who was an only child and lived with her dying mother. When her Mum died late last year, a...

    Where does this belong?

Radiator shroud bolt clip allegedly. But there are no others like it on the shroud or anywhere else. I've gone over the entire engine bay from top to bottom and cannot find a twin for this clip. Maybe whoever put the shroud on last dropped this one and it was somehow hanging on for dear life and...

How would hydrogen development be any further ahead? Nearly all of commercial hydrogen production comes from fossil fuels anyway. I only know (personally) a handful of people driving electric cars, and none of them were interested in saving the planet. They wanted something that saved money...

Ok, and? Does not matter which leg carries more current or has less resistance. Doesn’t not matter which fusible link opens first. What matters is how much total current flows before any circuit protection reacts and will any segments of conductors in any part of the newly created parallel...
