Welcome. And I personally believe the late 60s generation B-bodies are the finest platform Mopar ever produced. Certainly out of the Plymouth division.
With that setup? You have so many options. From keeping stock, to a Gen III hemi upgrade. Because of the car already with manual transmission...
4 bolt valve covers mean nothing at all since all early motors had them.
I'm betting by what you can see you the stamping, tge engine color & breather plus possibly the valve cover shape that might be a C-body 413 motor with a cross ram on it
I dont' think thats accurate. I have a stock style electronic distributor on my 383 and the top of the cap is below the top of the valvecover. On some of the billet msd distributors the neck is way longer. like 4-6" longer. you can clearly see it on their website

I’ll get a point to stop f’g around as @dadsbee offered lol, BUT although not a true purist, I am trying to keep the car working as oem correct when possible...
Just cause Chrysler used Champion plugs back in the 60's & 70's doesn't mean it's the best option... They've always fouled easily & once fouled they virtually never clear up & fire clean again..
I've had decent results with Autolites but much better results with NGK's & ND's...
