I've been seeing LOTS of dissatisfaction with them lately.
We rented one on our first zipline trip, and it only worked one time, when we were not actually ziplining.
The place gave us our money back and apologized profusely.

I'm sure they will fix it. But the time and trouble to diagnose and repair is frustrating. I would not be happy. Labor, time, fluid. I will bet none of that is covered. I guess we will find out.

That's a good point about the slick surface.
These decks are notoriously thin gauge metal.
LOTS of online complaints of them rusting through.
