Who has dared to drive across country in a classic Mopar?

On Guam it was Coconut Crabs.... After dark hundreds of them would blockade the road between the barracks & my command... You could wait for them to move.... But I've seen it take 30+ minutes for the whole group to pass...

    Neutral Safety Switch Polarity?

So new cable and new switch no bueno. I did the test with the motor not running and had it in reverse with the lights on and ignition on. I have power to the neutral switch as measured at the engine side bulkhead D. But no voltage at C ie switch output when the transmission is put in R. I...

    Rolls Royce versus 68 Satellite

Stellantis sounds to me like a medical condition.... I'd be glad to go along with you but my Stellantis has been acting up lately... Maybe it could be used as a pharma product... Stop taking Stellantis if you experience water eyes, weak knees, blurred vision or extreme halitosis....

    Rolls Royce versus 68 Satellite

...the Brits are the ones that started the Beemers for BMW motorcycles a long time ago. The Bimmer thing for cars supposedly started in U.S.A. sometime in the 1970's. *** Digress I'm glad we have 'Mopar' or 'Dodge'...it's so much easier to say than Stellantis which sounds like a pharmaceutical. :p

At what point did NEW lifters become junk out of the box and were.......

I have ran Howards EDM lifters with mixed results. I stupidly changed to a different oil that was highly likely to be the cause of the failure. The set that worked out is still in the engine today, thousands of miles and no troubles, the lash hasn't changed either.

Determining a match of a 73 Satellite Big Block car and it's 400 Engine

Hello all and thanks for your help and advice in advance. I bought a 73 Satellite originally as a doner for its floor pan, rear quarters, and various bolt on parts on my son's 74 Road Runner he is building. After picking it up we discovered it had a big block K-member, and the VIN identified...
