Ask him if he did anything at all different even wash the engine would mess up a weak ground.
Usually it is a poor ground or bulk head at firewall issue.
No new stereo I hope.
Electrical , be careful.
Teach him about fire extinguisher while your there.
It's the prettiest time of year here in God's country. I love the combination of country roads and low population,
even with the relative increase in popularity shown in the "invasion" we've seen from folks from yankee states
(and surprisingly, a lot of Florida transplants too?) and the fall...
Ok... so I need to buy a new brake line flaring tool since the ine I had owned for 50 suddenly learned how to run away from home.
I had the standard sngle/double flare deal that was used since the days of the ark.
How do these new fangled hyd tools work? I'm not buying a SnapOn set like I did...

Thanks for help in advance. I had a 72 Newport that I recently sold to a friends son for his first old mopar. I had the car for about 3 years with zero issues. Two days after friends son has the car he calls and said it would not crank and there was smoke from under the hood. I went to look at...
I would rebuild a 60 year old booster before I would use a Chinese one.
I'm doing my brakes on my Coronet right now. I would have preferred to rebuild my wheel and master cylinders if I had good cores to start with.
I may send my OE master out to be resleeved... I have had bad luck with Chicom...
Maybe, but WTF is all this stuff ???
Hey, it may crowd the engine bay and make it difficult to check the oil, change spark plugs, valve cover gaskets or add brake fluid but at least it adds weight and accomplishes nothing.
On my wagon, 67, I put in the 11033 Lares box too. On the Pittman arm, they will not bottom out due to tapered fit. Both the arm and the shaft are tapered. When I got the nut cinched down, there is maybe one thread showing. As long as you have that, you're good to go. Are you using or re-using...
The Edelbrock heads that I have , the groove is machined into the tube bore. Seems like 53 years ago when I helped on a Hemi Cuda race car, there were maybe different o-rings? Long time ago.
