What is this job thing, you speak of? Been 25 years since I had such a thing.

    69 charger door latches

These are out of a 68 Charger. The one on the right is marked LT which I’m guessing is left, driver’s side. Note that the “arm” is straight whereas yours is offset. The one on the left looks the same as yours. You have referred to both of yours as “the one on the left “. I think that needs a...

School me on door hinge date codes.

Door sticker confirms build date of 12-1969. I'm 99% sure this hinge is original to the car.

'69 Super Bee - Rain / Weatherproofing questions

Very cool. Yea, I took the advice and keep the electric lawn blower handy for after washing, etc. Took care of removing the water nicely. :)

CPW Fall Fling Oct 18th 2025 Woodley Park Van Nuys CA

That looks pretty clean. I don't see any rust in the dogleg either. It seemed to me there was a higher than normal percentage of 71-74 B-body stuff? I saw a few raised hoods. Maybe a Plymouth air grabber.

Do I need 90 degree oil filter adapter for headers?

Use the adapter. Done quite a number of header installs back in the day, SB Mopar was always adapter.

Roadkill and other car related TV shows

You, TOO ??? Forget about mild things like cuss words. Back in the day, many, many moons ago, I would go full tilt in the garage. Actually break things or throw things. Once, another mechanic found something I'd thrown and slammed on the floor and it found it's way across the garage. He knew...

Do I need 90 degree oil filter adapter for headers?

I use a Napa Gold 1085 filter with TTI headers and no adaptor. The 1085 is a bit shorter. I think the WIX number is 51085. This is on a 340 but it should be the same on a 318 I believe.

Just a little over 2 weeks now with Hope. She spent one day with us at the Hershey car show. We bought a large cart you push from behind but she insisted on jumping in the little “tray” part. So many people asked for photos, she was like a movie star there.. She walked, ate, drank and slept from...
