69 charger door latches

Attached is a picture of two door latches. The one on the left is the driver for a 69. What is the one on the left? Also what years / models would work for a passenger side if any?

These are out of a 68 Charger. The one on the right is marked LT which I’m guessing is left, driver’s side. Note that the “arm” is straight whereas yours is offset. The one on the left looks the same as yours. You have referred to both of yours as “the one on the left “. I think that needs a correction.
