    .023 Is best for thin metals. I turn it up hot enough to burn through on a continous weld. Then with short bursts the tacks lay down flatter. Work slow and cool often. The time spent welding and grinding slowly will more than offset the time spent fixing burn thru's and warpage. Doug

    If you were happy with 55psi. It will be fine with that trailer and those tires. Like stated above you could go lower if you like. Probably down to 35psi.
