dual master for 63 Plymouth Fury

I used a 67 master to replace the OEM on my 65 Coronet. Rock Auto because it was cheaper than a single reservoir model. The stud holes were larger so I JB Welded them in place before installation. Mike

    Max wedge 413 questions

If you desire the aluminum Torque Flite you must have the 62 up crankshaft. The earlier crank is extended to allow the converter studs to fit thru the crankshaft flange to accept the fastener nuts. It is a less desirable setup and less durable. Mike

    Darn smoking wires

It appears someone has bypassed the OEM black (original alternator output) with the red wire. The black runs through the bulk head connector (P cavity) and feeds the ammeter and several other circuits at a large splice behind the dash. If you do not have a FSM you should purchase one. Mike

    Gas tank wire connection

The connector appears original. The stud photo is poor quality-does it have a thread on it? If so plug it on. I see a male connector welded on to attach a ground to. Nice. Just wire it to a chassis part for a good ground instead of using the spring steel "snap" on ground connector. Mike

Local muffler shop or online kit for 67 Belvedere w/ 318 and factory exhaust manifolds?

2" is plenty for a almost stock 318 and easier to route and cheaper to buy. They ran pretty good with a single exhaust. Mike

Local muffler shop or online kit for 67 Belvedere w/ 318 and factory exhaust manifolds?

For example here are a couple pics of my home-built system on my 65 318 Poly 65 Coronet. I used cheap glass packs but, they do drone about 55 MPH (I plan to change them for quieter mufflers). I used 2" pipe and purchased U bends. Mike
