Drain/siphon tank unhook fuel gauge wire and gas line. Then unbolt the j bolts that are on the straps I believe 9/16 nut. The j bolts are at the rear of tank. Wiggle tank side to side to loosen seal from filler neck. It will drop out that way.
I must have a different internet than you guys. :) If your tank is full Id suggest a piece of plywood ontop of a floor jack. And raise it up just enough to touch the tank maybe even just a bit of pressure. Undo the straps and then remove the fuel lines the rubber ones.. Unplug the fuel sender...
