I appreciate that, working on industrial equipment I've worked with round belts a fair amount, they suck where you have any serious amount of power/torque... It is currently working, the farmer had stocked up on belts back around 2000 when the local tractor parts house was closing...

A 0.7 ohm coil [ pri res ] with a 1.5 ohm bal res will produce a weak spark, if it produces a spark at all. The coil only gets 3.8 volts. The low res coils such as 9.7 ohm are designed to be used with the full 12v, without a bal res.

Bought a big *** air compressor today Strange choice of words. A literal interpretation leads one to believe that that your *** needs a massive volume of outside sourced of air.

Went over to Montana and picked this up today, came from a sawmill that shut down a couple years ago. The air tank is a 500 gallon propane tank. I plan to drive the pump with my tractor PTO and use it for sandblasting, maybe a pumpkin cannon too. I just thought it was cool and had to have it!
