Use Wix. Never Fram! STP filter could be made by anyone, including Fram.
It sounds like the filter is draining back, making for a dry start.
Just for comparison, the V-6 Pentastar in my Grand Cherokee has a horizontal oil filter at the top of the engine, that drains back after engine shutdown...
Guys… when encountering a member that is abrasive and otherwise annoying, try the IGNORE feature. It is great. They can write all they want but you don’t see any of it.

I’m trying to make sense of it. It sure seems like the fender is in the right spot. The edge of the fender lines up with the hood.
The hood to fender gaps are decent so it seems like the hood is square in the car. Looking at the cowl gaps I can’t really move the fender forward much to open up...
