I'm voting it's a later, non numbers matching engine due to the TQ and wrong valve covers, although I'm not so sure that is all that much of a downer for the 68-70 Charger crowd. Rad is wrong too. It's going to be expensive if you want to do it right. The $100k for a resto thrown out by Wild R/T...
